





Who is Javi ?
My mission is to improve the quality of water for all people while being respectful to all life. WATER IS LIFE!
I grew up in Los Angeles. I attended St. Francis of Assisi Elementary and Pater Noster High School. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Loyola Marymount University and two master’s degrees from University California, Los Angeles. Today, I am earning a doctorate degree in data science from Claremont Graduate School.
I have been a regional planner for over 25 years. I write practical plans to provide guidance to policy makers. I inform my studies with vetted data sets and proven techniques, methods, and science.
I am married to Ana, a remarkable and beautiful woman. We have two amazing daughters who are strong, sassy, and extremely smart. Hannah is a freshman in college and Madeleine a junior in high school. We also have a dog named Xochitl. She is our loving furry princess.
